Jay is originally from Brooklyn, NY. He attended St. John's University with a degree in sociology. He appreciates his co-workers and being able to have autonomy with the youth he works with to provide the best mentor experience. When he is not working, he loves to watch sports, specifically the Eagles and the Knicks, and read.
