Staff: Neeka Safdari

Neeka was born and raised in Oregon and attended the University of Oregon. They studied anatomy, ethnic studies, and music. They are now pursuing their Master of Social Work. What they appreciate most about FriendsPDX is the emphasis that Friends places on play, curiosity, and the encouragement and empowerment of youth. Outside of work, Neeka enjoys baking sweets (especially cakes), learning how different plants grow and gardening, singing karaoke, and dancing (badly).
