Staff: Alvin Ma

Alvin Ma was born in Portland and raised in Vancouver, Washington. After graduating from Evergreen High School and earning his degree from Gonzaga University, he returned to the Portland area. Alvin is inspired by FriendsPDX's long-term mentoring model and the opportunity to "provide consistency and support to our mentors, [so] they in turn provide an extra layer of reliability and care to the youth we serve." Outside of work, Alvin finds joy in strength training, exploring new puzzles and video games, and cooking.
