Amy attended Northern Arizona University for both her undergrad and master’s degrees. After nine years teaching in South Korea, Palestine, the Czech Republic, Honduras, and Arizona, she spent time at the Oregon Food Bank in nutrition education.
Amy appreciates the emphasis on meeting youth where they are here at Friends of the Children – Portland. Now that she has fled the desert sun, she enjoys exploring Oregon with her dog and horse.
