Staff: Dana Ericksen

Dana (she/her) was born in Alaska but grew up most of her life in Oregon. She attended Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA, living there for 6 years before moving back to the Portland area. She has experience working in schools as a paraeducator, and has experience working in a garden education program and with community organizations. Building relationships with students has been Dana's favorite part of her work- she greatly appreciates FriendsPDX's focus on relationship-building and long-term consistency.
Outside of work Dana loves knitting, birding, gardening, and craft nights with friends.
