Staff: Max Ostendorf

Max hails from Redding, CA, and graduated from Southern Oregon University with a degree in business administration and a focus in nonprofit management. He's focused on being part of programs that focus on child development. He previously worked in behavioral health which fueled his passion for supporting youth and families. He appreciates the FriendsPDX promise of long-term commitment. He's most excited to be amongst other dedicated and hardworking mentors, while working to see this community be its best self.

Outside of work, Max enjoys painting, teaching himself different sewing techniques, sports, exploring Portland, listening to improv podcasts, and endlessly complimenting his cat. He's always up for new things and taking recommendations!
