Your Investment Options

Multi-Year Investment

You can make a big impact with a multi-year pledge that provides critical funding we can count on to ensure our youth receive the services they deserve. Your investment in the future could be an annual gift of $1,500, $5,000, $10,000, or any amount and time with which you are comfortable. If you prefer to use your Donor Advised Fund, rather than a multi-year pledge, you can make one significant gift and we will allocate the funds to our budget over a time frame you prefer. Legacy Capital Campaign

Our historic headquarters in NE Portland have served the community for 25 years. However, our building is aging and requires upgrades that will allow us to more effectively and efficiently serve youth, the community, and our National Headquarters. Improvements include new youth program space, security system, energy-efficient windows, HVAC system, and new office space for our Center for Excellence in Mentoring. An investment in our facility ensures our continued operations in the heart of the community we serve.

Foundation Gift

The Friends of the Children–Portland Foundation oversees an investment portfolio that is carefully managed to provide financial security for the next 25 years and beyond. A board of professional financial advisers steward our investments and allocates funds for program expansion and long-term sustainability of Friends of the Children–Portland Foundation. Your gift will provide future generations with a professional mentor who will help youth create a new future.
