In anticipation of our new National Center of Excellence and Portland Albina Campus building grand opening, our Executive Director, Traci Rossi, sat down with Candace Beeke of the Portland Business Journal to discuss how long-term professional mentorship is changing the trajectory of young lives.

Together, they explore the organization's unique 12½-year mentoring model, the impact of the new Albina Campus, and why collaboration between the nonprofit and business communities is essential to developing Portland's future workforce and creating lasting opportunity for youth.
